Description
The Civil Construction Manager will supervise and coordinate civil construction activities for underground cable projects, including excavation, trenching, duct banks, joint bays, manholes, cable corridors, road crossings, and reinstatement. The role plans and monitors daily progress, manages subcontractors and site teams, reviews construction documentation, coordinates technical and stakeholder issues, ensures QA/QC and HSE compliance, supports cost and productivity control, and contributes to project close-out and handover activities. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 8–12 years of relevant civil construction experience are required, with underground cable or power transmission experience and UAE/GCC infrastructure experience preferred.
