Description
Atoms is hiring an onsite Construction Manager to supervise contractors, verify construction quality, resolve constructability and inspection issues, support project schedules and budgets, manage owner-furnished submittals, and coordinate installation sequencing and facility turnover. The role is based in the Los Angeles office and requires onsite work five days per week. Candidates should have experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project, along with strong onsite supervision, construction quality, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls experience. The base salary is $105,000–$125,000 per year, with possible equity and performance-based bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
