Description
The Associate Consultant is engaged on a contract basis to deliver consulting and/or training services to clients. The role involves analysing client requirements, developing solutions, producing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops or training sessions, managing workload, communicating with stakeholders, and identifying risks or opportunities. It requires experience in consulting, advisory, or training delivery, independent work-package delivery, analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and aviation industry experience in a safety-critical or regulated environment.
