Sia is hiring a GenAI Consultant to design, build, deploy, evaluate, and iterate LLM-powered solutions for clients across industries. The role covers model selection and fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, application development, MLOps, cloud integration, security, compliance, and responsible AI. Candidates must be recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong Python skills, GenAI framework knowledge, cloud exposure, and the ability to obtain the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification within one week of hire. The position offers an annual base salary of $80,000–$110,000, health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, and flexible office arrangements in primary markets.
