Mastercard is hiring an Associate Consultant for its Launch Program 2027 in Warsaw, Poland. The 18-month program provides hands-on consulting experience across Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Marketing, and Deploy, with exposure to technology, data, client implementation, and business transformation projects. Candidates must be at least third-year bachelor’s students, master’s students, or recent graduates, complete their degree before September 2027, and have Polish and English fluency at minimum C1; prior work or internship experience is a plus. The role involves collaborating with client and Mastercard teams, owning deliverables, building external relationships, and supporting projects lasting from a few weeks to over a year.
