Chartis is hiring an Associate Consultant, Strategic Transformation to support healthcare consulting engagements by defining analytic approaches, gathering and analyzing complex data, developing hypotheses and recommendations, communicating findings to clients, and collaborating with client leaders and engagement teams. The role requires at least three years of healthcare consulting experience, strong project management and analytical skills, and the ability to travel as required; an advanced degree is preferred. The salary range is $121,500-$143,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
