Workday is hiring an Associate Technical Consultant for its Professional Services organization to support Workday implementations across human resources, financial management, and student information systems. The role focuses on data conversion, functional, reporting, and analytics, including designing and executing strategic data loads, extraction and transformation, and loading legacy data through integration products. Candidates need at least three years of enterprise software data conversion experience, hands-on SQL skills, functional experience in HCM, Financials, or Student modules, and familiarity with ETL software and Microsoft Excel. The position offers a flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field.
