Description
ICF is hiring an experienced Associate Contracts Manager (Supervisory) to manage state, local, commercial, and occasional federal contracts, including proposals, negotiations, contract awards, administration, risk assessment, compliance, and coordination with legal, accounting, tax, and other corporate functions. The role also supervises junior contracts personnel and requires strong customer interaction, negotiation, analytical, communication, and proposal-writing skills. The position is preferred in Reston, Virginia, but is open to 100% remote work in the 48 contiguous United States, with occasional travel to ICF offices or customer locations.
