Description
The Associate Contracts Manager will process and complete a high volume of outgoing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) for a research organization, managing the agreement lifecycle from signatures through execution, database records, shipping, and import/export paperwork. The role reports to a manager, coordinates with scientists, legal counsel, technology transfer offices, and other internal and academic stakeholders, and requires a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, agreement-management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
