Description
The Associate Controller supports the CFO in accounting operations and financial reporting for a government contracting environment. Responsibilities include the monthly close, general ledger reconciliations, financial statements, FAR cost principles, direct and indirect cost accounting, indirect rate management, government contract billing, accounts receivable, audit support, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role requires a hybrid schedule supporting the Rockville office and seeks a candidate with a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive accounting experience, and familiarity with government contracting systems such as Deltek Costpoint.
