CarOnSale is hiring a Corporate Strategy and M&A Manager in Berlin to shape corporate strategy, market entries, AI product development, investor and executive communications, and strategic planning. The role also identifies and evaluates automotive software and B2B platform targets, builds financial models, prepares investment memos, and manages due diligence. It requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling, analytical and strategic thinking, investor-ready communication, German at C2 level, and fluent English. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
