Kela is hiring an Associate, Corporate Development to support the Finance team under the VP Finance. The role covers strategic partnership evaluation and due diligence, partnership documentation, financial modeling, business cases, equity and debt financing processes, investor and lender diligence, and analysis of financing instruments. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, end-to-end M&A transaction experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, familiarity with equity and debt financing, English proficiency, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
