Description
The Associate Corporate Development role supports Kraken’s global M&A and growth activities by leading due diligence, building financial models and valuation analyses, screening inbound opportunities, maintaining venture portfolio data, supporting deal cash obligations, and preparing executive and Board materials. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or finance field, at least four years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, management consulting, or a startup, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to manage multiple live transactions.
