AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring an Associate Corporate Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance across corporate, regulatory, employment, healthcare, and operational matters. The role advises business leaders, reviews and negotiates commercial contracts, supports corporate governance and regulatory compliance, manages litigation and outside counsel, and helps advance legal initiatives. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree, be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, and preferably have at least two years of practicing attorney experience, including healthcare regulatory and commercial contract work.
