Arcadis is hiring an Associate Cost Manager for its Places Cost Management team to lead complex cost and commercial commissions across major development and infrastructure programmes. The role provides strategic cost, procurement, risk, value engineering, change control, and final-account advice; manages senior client and strategic account relationships; leads and mentors Cost Consultants and Quantity Surveyors; and supports commercial bids, account growth, business planning, and governance. Candidates need a relevant built-environment degree, MRICS or equivalent accreditation, significant built-environment consultancy experience, and experience leading large programmes and senior client relationships.
