Schrödinger is hiring an Associate Counsel in Hyderabad to provide broad in-house legal support across technology and commercial transactions, employment, data privacy, real estate, intellectual property, SaaS, AI/ML, and software licensing. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, developing legal templates and contracting workflows, advising cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, managing legal processes, and delivering training. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in law and 8–10 years of relevant generalist legal experience; in-house technology or SaaS experience and a master's degree in law are preferred.
