Description
The Associate Counsel will support the General Counsel in an on-site Los Angeles role combining insurance claims oversight, litigation management, Authority In a Box administration, legal operations, compliance, contract administration, and corporate governance. The position works with claims, underwriting, executives, third-party administrators, outside counsel, and business leaders, and does not provide legal advice or engage in the practice of law. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, bar admission or an associate degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; prior insurance claims, litigation support, TPA, or California regulatory experience is preferred. The role pays $75,000–$90,000 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
