Sydecar is hiring an Associate Counsel to support its legal, compliance, product, and go-to-market functions. The role covers legal research, documentation, contract negotiations, regulatory monitoring, risk management, and strategic advice for internal teams and customers, with significant experience in Reg D and private fund securities work. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco or New York City with two to three days of in-office attendance per week.
