Topstep is hiring an experienced Associate Counsel to join its Legal team as a corporate generalist supporting the company’s fintech, trading evaluation, and tech offerings. The role reports to the General Counsel and focuses on corporate governance, commercial contracting, litigation management, and technology matters, including SaaS agreements, privacy and cybersecurity issues, and user-facing legal documentation. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, a JD and active U.S. law license, and strong business-facing communication and project management skills; the position offers a base salary of $185,000-$210,000 plus bonus eligibility and full-time employee benefits, with work arrangements that may be fully remote or hybrid.
