Wabtec is hiring an Associate Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor and business partner across commercial, corporate, compliance, governance, transaction, litigation, and information governance matters. The role supports commercial contracts, procurement, M&A due diligence, closings, compliance initiatives, audits, dispute resolution, legal risk mitigation, and legal technology systems. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, active U.S. state bar membership, 4–10 years of legal experience, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. The position offers a base salary of $120,600–$171,800, a performance bonus, health, welfare, and retirement benefits, and possible relocation assistance.
