Kepler is hiring an Associate Creative Director, AI Design to lead graphic design, art direction, motion, visual systems, and AI-augmented creative workflows across digital, social, and video platforms. The role combines traditional design expertise with generative AI tools, including image, video, audio, 3D, and node-based workflows, while maintaining brand standards, quality control, and responsible AI use. Responsibilities include prototyping concepts, directing campaigns and internal assets, collaborating with data scientists and engineers, developing repeatable creative systems, presenting to clients and stakeholders, and mentoring designers. The position offers a base salary of $134,000–$155,000 plus a target annualized discretionary bonus, healthcare, dental, vision, and other benefits.
