AKQA is hiring an Associate Creative Director (Art/Design) for its Amsterdam studio to lead and inspire creative teams across CGI, motion design, and interactive media. The role combines art direction, production leadership, CGI workflow expertise, client-facing pitch development, and exploration of AI-assisted creative tools. Candidates need experience at an Associate Creative Director level or in a comparable art/design leadership role, a strong concepting and execution background, and hands-on expertise in CGI, compositing, grading, retouching, and related production technologies. The position follows a hybrid arrangement with required in-office days.
