SharkNinja Studios is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Content Studio to develop the visual direction and creative blueprint for product campaigns, demos, social content, paid media, retail assets, and supporting photography. The role owns moodboards, style boards, visual territories, frame references, wardrobe, set design, graphics, casting, location scouting, and pre-production decks; partners with producers, directors, editors, designers, motion and VFX teams, and external partners; and uses AI and Adobe tools to accelerate visual exploration. The position requires 6+ years of relevant creative experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment. The annual salary range is $114,200–$196,200 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
