Description
MATTE is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Design to lead creative direction and execution across brand, campaign, experiential, content, digital, motion, animation, CGI, VFX, and post-production work. The role reports to the Design Director, guides internal and external creative teams, manages production workflows and client relationships, and mentors designers and junior talent. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment, four years leading multidisciplinary projects, and demonstrated experience directing motion, animation, CGI, VFX, or post-production work. The salary is $130,000–$150,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and flexible work options.
