Justworks is hiring an Associate Onboarding Manager to serve as the primary onboarding guide for new customers, support conversion and revenue growth, monitor implementation progress, resolve blockers, answer customer questions, ensure payroll milestones are met, review account setups, and deliver onboarding completion communications. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, process adaptability, and an aptitude for learning new products. It is based in the New York City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a targeted base wage of $29.81 to $35.10 per hour.
