Trustpilot is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 400 scale customers in the Benelux market. The role owns onboarding, adoption, customer health, renewal risk, satisfaction, advocacy, issue resolution, and feedback, while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Account Managers. Candidates should have early experience in Customer Success or digital sales, strong organization and time management, technical product guidance skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. The position is based in the Amsterdam office and includes competitive compensation, bonus, holiday days, learning opportunities, and a commuter allowance.
