Description
The Associate Customer Technical Program Manager supports the delivery of customer programs across the data center lifecycle by coordinating activities from pre-construction through delivery and post-delivery support. The role assists with internal and external communication, documentation, scheduling, change requests, meeting materials, reporting, risk escalation, and process improvement while developing foundational technical program management skills. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, basic project management knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications; mechanical or electrical background is a plus.
