Description
Ensono is hiring a Mainframe Operations Technician to report to the OPS Manager and provide Level 2 support for mission-critical mainframe systems and customer batch processing. The role covers system and online monitoring, batch ABEND and recovery, system restarts, job scheduling, subsystem control, incident and request ticketing, batch reporting, and break-fix support. Candidates need 3–5 years of mainframe operations experience, knowledge of MVS, VTAM, JCL, TSO, CICS, SDSF, and related technologies, and the ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
