EvolutionIQ is hiring an Associate Data Engineer to own incoming technical tickets, investigate issues, collaborate with Solutions Engineers, and support client and engineering initiatives. The role involves running analytics, extracting data insights, tracking SLAs, unblocking stalled requests, identifying ticket trends, and serving as a technical liaison across support, product, and engineering teams. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, IT operations, data analytics, or a similar technical role, along with Python and SQL proficiency and familiarity with issue-tracking platforms and support workflows. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus an annual bonus plan and medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement benefits.
