Booksy is hiring an Associate Data Engineering Manager to lead a small team of 2-4 data engineers while staying hands-on with data engineering work. The role focuses on designing, building, and reviewing dbt models and data pipelines on Google Cloud BigQuery, running agile ceremonies, and owning quarterly OKRs in a fast-growing remote-first international scale-up. The position requires strong SQL, Python, and data engineering experience, plus initial leadership experience and professional English fluency; Terraform, PySpark, open table formats, and AI-assisted engineering tools are beneficial.
