OCLC is hiring an Associate Data Analyst/Metadata Specialist to manage data ingestion, normalization, enrichment, matching, quality assessment, troubleshooting, and documentation for library metadata. The role supports automated workflows, data visualization, AI-assisted record matching, vendor coordination, and platform improvement projects. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or three years of data analysis or library metadata experience, with MARC, Dublin Core, RDA, Unimarc, KBART, BIBFRAME, Python, SQL, XSLT, SFTP, APIs, AWS S3, Snowflake, Power BI, and linked-data concepts preferred. The position is full-time with part-time negotiable, offers a monthly salary of 3,300–4,400 euros, and provides hybrid work options in Leiden or Eelde, Netherlands.
