Booksy is hiring an Associate Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead a small team of 2–3 platform engineers while remaining hands-on. The role combines people leadership, agile delivery, OKR management, and engineering work designing Terraform/Terragrunt infrastructure modules on Google Cloud Platform, implementing data security controls, and developing reliable self-service tools for data teams. Candidates need 5+ years in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering, initial technical team leadership experience, strong GCP and CI/CD expertise, professional English proficiency, and preferably exposure to PySpark, open table formats, and AI-assisted development tools.
