Booksy is hiring an Associate Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead a small team of 2–3 platform engineers while remaining hands-on. The role combines people leadership, agile delivery, OKR management, and engineering work designing Terraform/Terragrunt infrastructure modules on Google Cloud Platform, implementing data security controls, and building self-service developer tools for data teams. Candidates need 5+ years in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering, team leadership experience, strong GCP and infrastructure-as-code expertise, familiarity with data services and modern CI/CD tooling, a platform-as-a-product mindset, and professional English fluency. The position is remote-first within the advertised country or region.
