Booksy is hiring an Associate Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead a small team of 2–3 platform engineers while remaining hands-on. The role combines people leadership, agile delivery, OKR management, and technical engineering focused on Terraform/Terragrunt infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, data security controls, self-service developer tooling, GCP data services, and CI/CD platforms. The position is remote-first within the advertised country or region and requires at least five years of relevant data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering experience plus initial technical team leadership experience.
