The Associate, Data Research supports commercial real estate research, analytics, and market intelligence by organizing and analyzing economic, financial, lending, and market data; developing forecasts, risk evaluations, models, visual content, and research materials; maintaining research tools and databases; and communicating findings through presentations, reports, webinars, podcasts, and other channels. The role also reviews analytical deliverables for accuracy and supports repeatable research processes.
