Red Ventures is hiring an Associate Data Scientist for its Home Data Science team to develop and deploy production ML/AI solutions, work across the data lifecycle, customize platform solutions for clients and partners, and communicate results to technical and business audiences. The role requires a hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, North Carolina, with Tuesday through Thursday in the office and fully remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates should have a master's degree in a quantitative field or a bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of professional experience, along with Python, SQL, generative AI, and ML operations knowledge. The total cash compensation range is $100,000–$115,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
