Description
The Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability is hiring an Associate Dean for Development to serve as a senior leader reporting to the Dean and partnering with the Office of Development. The role oversees development, alumni relations, and stewardship teams; leads fundraising strategy, major-gift cultivation, donor and faculty relationships, and high-visibility initiatives; and manages staff, performance, resources, and the team’s annual budget. The position is based on Stanford’s main campus with a possible hybrid schedule, requires a bachelor’s degree and twelve years of relevant experience, and offers an annual salary of $252,660 to $314,186.
