James Madison University is hiring a full-time Associate Dean for Workforce and Professional Development in its School of Professional & Continuing Education in Harrisonburg. Reporting to the Dean, the role leads workforce development, employer and industry partnerships, strategic educational programs, microcredentials, resource development, and learner-success initiatives. The position requires a master’s degree or equivalent advanced education and experience, substantial professional experience in workforce development or related fields, program leadership, partnership development, communication, strategic thinking, and organizational agility. The pay range is $110,000 to $135,000.
