DEPT® is hiring an Associate Design Director for its Experience & Engineering team in Copenhagen on a hybrid basis. The role owns craft direction across complex projects and accounts, sets design standards and processes, guides clients and multidisciplinary teams, supports pitches and growth opportunities, and represents the agency externally. Candidates need 10+ years of visual, UI, or UX design experience, including 3+ years at senior or leadership level, along with strategic design thinking, design systems, Figma, accessibility, and modern interaction expertise.
