Description
The Design Manager will oversee the design aspects of infrastructure projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with client requirements, and coordination across consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role includes reviewing design documents, managing project strategies and lifecycle costs, coordinating technical submissions, handling variations and EOTs, conducting risk and safety analyses, and presenting design solutions to stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, 12 to 15 years of infrastructure design management experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and ACC.
