Unispace is hiring an Associate Designer for its US Design team in the Southern Region. The role leads complex commercial workplace design projects from inception through delivery, manages senior client relationships, leads RFP responses and design pitches, mentors designers and senior designers, and collaborates with sales, strategy, preconstruction, delivery, and external partners. The position requires end-to-end commercial interior design experience, pitch and RFP capability, knowledge of US project financials and building codes, proficiency with Revit, InDesign, and Photoshop, and strong leadership and project-management skills.
