The Associate Designer at Haddad Brands will support the development of seasonal apparel lines and select raw materials and colors. This role involves market research, creating CAD sketches, ensuring technical pack accuracy, meeting deadlines, contributing to design, setting up presentations, maintaining design libraries, tracking sample schedules, and communicating updates. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, 2+ years of experience in the fashion industry (children's wear experience is a plus), proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
