Description
Veronica Beard is hiring an Associate Designer to support the day-to-day execution of its sweater category. The role involves creating and updating sketches, CADs, pitch sheets, and design presentations; maintaining seasonal yarn and design boards; supporting yarn, stitch, color, trim, and technique development; preparing product-development and factory information; participating in fittings; and tracking samples and development items. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of design experience, sweater and knitwear experience, Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and CAD proficiency, with PLM/VibeIQ knowledge preferred. The base salary is $65,000–$75,000, with additional benefits, incentives, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
