Description
The Associate, Development supports the planning and execution of large-scale real estate development and redevelopment projects in New York City and selected United States markets. The role assists with opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, project reporting, stakeholder coordination, infrastructure and regulatory matters, and collaboration with joint venture partners, public agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders. It requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and offers an annualized base salary of $105,000 to $145,000.
