TekniPlex is hiring an Associate Development Engineer to join its Innovation R&D Group at the Global Innovation Center in Holland, Ohio. The role supports the development and commercialization of innovative packaging technologies through exploratory research, laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, material testing, proof-of-concept prototyping, data analysis, and cross-functional project support. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and experience with laboratory experiments, testing, and data analysis; packaging, paper science, molded fiber, polymers, coatings, or related materials experience is preferred. The position offers $80,000-$90,000 with annual bonus potential and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
