Description
The Associate Development Manager will support senior development leaders and cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of ground-up and redevelopment projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, leasing, design, marketing, operations, finance, and asset management. Responsibilities include reviewing construction documentation, tracking schedules and budgets, supporting financial analysis and underwriting, managing project documentation and contracts, and assisting with project delivery and transition to operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with a stated salary range of $95,000–$110,000 per year and eligibility for an annual bonus.
