Curinos is hiring an Associate Digital Experience Analyst to support research programmes and client deliverables for digital experience benchmarking in financial services. The role involves researching live banking journeys, collecting and validating qualitative and quantitative data, comparing customer journeys and features, analysing benchmarking data, and producing reports, charts, presentations, and recommendations. The position is open to remote or hybrid candidates based in the United Kingdom who can travel as needed, with office locations in New York, Chicago, Boston, Toronto, and London.
