Buckman is hiring an entry-level Associate Digital Innovation Engineer - Ackumen Support in Chennai, India. The role supports customers, clients, and end users through email and Microsoft Teams, troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, escalates problems when needed, manages support tickets and records, and collaborates with sales and service stakeholders. The position also supports the development of new digital offering solutions and IoT-related projects. A bachelor’s degree is required, with IoT-device experience preferred; the role is permanent, based in Chennai, and requires less than 10% travel.
