Mosaic is hiring an Associate Direct Support Manager to help manage residential and day services programs for people receiving support. The role includes coordinating activities, supporting daily living needs, scheduling staff, monitoring health and safety, administering medications, documenting progress, preparing meals, implementing behavior strategies, handling petty cash and individual finances, and overseeing facility and vehicle maintenance. The position pays $21.26 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of related experience; medication administration, CPR, and first aid certifications are required but may be obtained after hire.
