Mosaic is hiring a full-time, hourly Associate Direct Support Manager in Axtell, Nebraska. The role combines direct care with shift leadership, including mentoring and onboarding Direct Support Professionals, supporting adult residents with medical and behavioral needs, coordinating activities and treatment planning, managing household finances, documenting records, preparing meals, administering medications, and responding to behavioral challenges. Schedules include night shifts, split shifts, and day services, with every other weekend involvement and additional hours as needed.
